About San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center

San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center (SGPRC) is one of California's 21 nonprofit regional centers, contracted by the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate and fund services for people with developmental disabilities. From its office in Pomona, SGPRC serves families across the eastern San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Valley, including Pomona, Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora, Covina, West Covina, Walnut, Diamond Bar, Azusa, Baldwin Park, La Puente, and Hacienda Heights.

If your loved one is not yet an SGPRC client, the first step is calling the intake line at (909) 620-7722. SGPRC assesses eligibility under the Lanterman Act, assigns a service coordinator, and builds an Individual Program Plan (IPP) that spells out which services the Regional Center will fund, including Supported Living Services (SLS).

Homies is a vendored SLS provider with SGPRC. Once your loved one is a client, their service coordinator can refer them to us directly. The Regional Center typically funds life-sharing, with no out-of-pocket cost to your family.
